All Seasons Construction is pleased to announce that it has been selected as the prime contractor for phase 2 of the Sullivan County Community Corrections Center in Unity, NH.  All Seasons recently completed Phase 1 which included an addition and renovations to the existing facility.  Phase 2 of the project, scheduled to begin in December 2009, will add 23,700 square feet to the existing jail facility.  The 1 and 2 story addition will add approximately 70 additional beds.  The expansion is designed to bring prisoners closer to release and feature work release and in-treatment programs that will focus on behavioral and social issues.  Dave Dancosse and David Southworth will continue as ASC Project Manager and Supervisor.  The project is expected to be completed in August 2010.  Please visit current projects for progress pictures to be added soon.
